There is the market sentiment for strategic metals which has been the biggest factor for VML and its peers....
but also more specifically for VML...
Does that 43 mil have to last until the product is mined, crushed, sorted, transported to SRC, concentrate, then sent to Norway separated and then sold to end customer to profit share...?
Also with million dollar star studded salaries to boot.
If not hands will need to go into pockets or a prepayment made or loan.
