What happened last night on this thread was quite a worry.
It was EXACTLY what MS would have wanted. Uninformed people running on the smell of a oily ( in this case coaly) rag sprouting about how CVI has identified and is structuring a deal with a KNOWN company ... cash production soon etc etc...
I could just see the newbs all excited and ready to buy this morning. History was to be ignored as irrelevant ... new production cash flow just around the corner. How many times have we heard it before .... but unfortunately heard it again last night from a few who will NOT open their eyes. Thank goodness there were people available to pour cold water over this HYPE.
So now we read ... well maybe not as we first thought. Are you surprised.
The South African mining charter requires mining houses to have at least 26% BEE or they will not be able to operate.
The Charter states that a company must have at least a 26% ownership stake by historically disadvantaged South Africans or else it cannot be granted an operating licence by the Department of Minerals and Energy.
