I agree with their 12 month target of $1 but I think that it could be achieved soon after financing and start of construction so might be achievable much sooner. The $3 target is above my $2 target but I consider my $2 target to be reasonably conservative so $3 seems realistic to me. Their targets are based on tech analysis while mine are on fundamentals so interesting that they are similar.
