patenting is quite complicated as you have to be sure that none of the information relied on is publicly available. i am not really knowledgeable in this area but George Tachas knows a lot about it and he will only release information when he is totally confident he has all bases covered. It is frustrating but you should be really confident that this is one area that ANP is really good at
