Chris Baker from Bridge Street Capital has put out a new research note on SFX after spending a week with Bruce Griffin recently while Bruce was in Sydney on insto roadshow.
Would appear Chris was given enough comfort around the new revised project numbers to update his model and increase his expected Post Tax NPV to over $1.1bn (up more than 12% from BFSU) and keep CAPEX unchanged despite anticipated pressure to costs.
Al in all a very positive note and a valuation of $1.54 per SFX share. (see extracts below)
