    They are bums unless the share price is above $1.00 a share.
    The partnership is price at 85 million dollars, and the share price
    is about ten cents- today, (less yesterday) !!!

    CTP have been doing this for fifteen plus years and they are still a penny dreadful.
    It's time the board (bored) move on.

    I would be out at twenty cents regardless.
    And that will never happen, a complete dud for the shareholders.
