no they went through a period of time where they also had NIL Interest and their SISP was also extended at least a couple of times as well.
Overall though , it was executed much quicker , and but there was a lot more moving parts to their Administration as well .....ie with Canadian Securities regulations involved among others.
Interesting though that their Court Monitor in PriceWaterhouseCoopers is also on OUR Bidding Team as Corporate Consultants. And I guess it can't hurt having them in our corner .....
