    UXC must need the cash.Funny time to be selling off 36 million shares at bottom price when directors are talking about possible dividends soon.Things are looking promising with their venture with NASDAQ and IDCG.http://online.wsj.com/article/BT-CO-20090623-700152.html
    I wouldn't have minded the chance of getting some at 3 cents.Lucky Directors.
