The problem is@ByCon that's it's a sideways update. The only thing new in all of that is the company owning up about the EPA review and the fact that the grade work was completed.
If the board had any sense they would have been ready to spin the EPA in a separate release and the wrapped a pretty bow around the grade-work and use it as a de-risking milestone.
Instead they got caught flat footed and fumbled out an update that was 4/6 parts recycled commentary.
