I have personally stayed away from TSO for 2 reasons - the way they present results and the very narrow vein systems. ATM I expect these veins to be non-viable for UG mining. That does not mean the project is not a goer.
From a TA perspective, 17c has clearly been a floor for some time. If that goes then I would have concerns as the falling trend becomes dominant.
At the moment it is in a triple bottom position so watch closely. If you think it is going up there was an earlier buy signal at 17c.
16c could bring on a waterfall.
My opinion only.
Here is the chart with todays price plotted. A horizontal exit from consolidation. Stocks can travel horizontally for some time until pressure sends it one way or the other.
