2 new financial year.....no more sell down
3 income producing in very near future
4 fundies buying into it...see goldman sach posts.
5 miss the rise in sp in the last 3 months due to trading halt so highly undervalued.
6 holds to many assets that is undervalued.
it would be interesting to watch the next 2 weeks trading.
