Sharkie, I think you were too late, if you read recent announcements, the placement was oversubscribed and they had to shut it down back (I think) on the 22nd of June, despite accepting almost $6mil, they had only planned to raise $5 mil.
You may be able to buy more at the offer price tomorrow, or next week or maybe the tax loss selling that ended today will allow it to creep into the 6c range in coming days.
