Mining could be best possible solution for the country like Madagascar from Poverty and hunger and drought because they are facing these problems for years now especially in remote areas like Bekisopa where people have No job,No work,No future, If anything I can see Local government would have been very pleased and supportive for Bekisopa project,And we see the Government finally try to solve this issue with the Help of World Bank, Have a Good read this article below DYOR.
