Ok so this is my understanding of this murky world and I could be very wrong.

In the past, I assume that Miggster subscribers paid money/crypto directly to EM1, who then took their cut and paid commissions out to Crowd1 (except that I don't recall EM1 ever making a payment to C1, they seem to just be hoarding the cash).

Now that C1 is giving away Miggster subs for "free", Crowd1 takes the payment for "education packages" and should now pay out EM1 according to their updated sliding-scale rates of payment (all of which was nutted out over the phone in verbal agreements, as per ASX explanation during last suspension from trading).

Tables have turned here in regards to collection of money.

That kind of makes the most sense to me.

Let's see how long it takes Crowd1 to pay out to EM1. If C1's record of paying out money and mailing BumBag prizes to their affiliates are anything to go by, EM1 may as well wait for hell to freeze over before they see any money from C1.
