WHY THE DROP???, page-7

if you're correct that Banda and Ching-3 have swapped slots, it may mean Ching-2 hasn't lived up to expectations and the need to drill Ching-3 now? possible source of the rumour?

I always thought the time period of Banda drilling was for evaluation of Ching-2 but looks like results may already be known. Of course this doesn't mean Ching-2 is a failure, if it was then there would be no need to drill Ching-3
