It good to hear him acknowledge labour challenges. I'd imagine he'll be wanting answers as to why ppl are leaving and correcting that in the first instance.
Since Gemini's inception they have relied on 457 staff, mostly from the Philippines and lovely ppl and a fair few pommies thanks to joe and Andy's ties to the mother land. Reidy had a very strong links in the Philippines via family etc . I don't think the border issue is going to help into the short term future and now Reidy's gone they need to find someone as skilled in that field.
He gave an interview to a trade magazine yesterday which will be published next Monday. He didn't say much but note worthy to me was his comments about bad press. The PR machine needs to lift it up a gear.
