I think that at 8:15 Keith hints on what's the problem with offtake negotiations right now - offtakers wanting to "mitigate price risks" that is "harder to deliver". Likely the offtakers (VW) are asking for a long term fixed price while EMH/Geomet wanting flexible contract price.
