Looking at the register there are no funds on board at present. NF has publicly stated 70 debt and 30 equity for the project. Perhaps they'll pitch to some funds to raise the cash for the payments in August and then rely on debt (70%) and Equity (30%) in the form of prepayments to fund the construction?

I was at the briefing last night and although no new information was made available it certainly feels like there is much being done in the background.

NF was pretty clear that the vision is for AVZ to mine in their own right, he was very focused on limiting shareholder dilution and currently not in JV discussions as he wants the pie for all SH's and not the bigger players

Really at 3 billion shares we are not already diluted ? I'd rather see a JV . Get someone on board with plenty of money and expertise . The SP would go through the roof in a heartbeat . The FID would taken care of in an instant and the time lag for things to go pear shaped would be gone . imo
