Yep, I agree. I think it's likely we'll get that announcement in early July, before the quarterly at the end of July. A very price-sensitive 'non price-sensitive' announcement. I'm wondering what will happen if we end up with $148.7 million or something.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems unlikely that the target could be met without a significant acquisition, and if I'm right about that, we'll need that to happen before the end of June, which means we'll be getting a big acquisition announcement within the next month or so (potentially any time), and that would be the announcement where they drop 'revenue from the acquired Company X brings the total revenue run rate to $152 million, in line with company guidance' (which of course would mean it was included in a price-sensitive announcement, don't jump on me).
Any time now, this is going to get exciting.
