Thought i would publicly pose the question in case Farooq or Victor jump on hotcopper.
Given SRK are raising more money and we (OEQ shareholders) own 10m shares in SRK and we also own roughly 27% of Bentley (BEL) who then owns another 50.7m shares (20.5%) in SRK as major shareholder - how will we (OEQ/BEL) be able to take up any offer and maintain our percentage ownership if we do not have any cash ?
Farooq/Victor - when will you be doing a capital raising for these companies so they can participate in maintaining our equity interests ? If not why not ?
Anyone else got any thoughts
