I agree, we have nearly come to the finish of the testing regimes. Initially Vero 6 ( Green monkey cells) at WEHI, then Calu 3 cells (human ) at Biolabs, now a repeat at Leiden on Vero 6 cells, all results are remarkable as per Professor Pellegrini. The testing procedures have been delayed by three different events in Holland. Firstly a lack of laboratory supplies, secondly COVID-19 infectivity problems at Leiden , thirdly a problem with solubility of the compound.

PAA have been keeping the cards very close. Very soon, a suitor will emerge, and expedited trials will ensue. We are sitting in the box seat with many other Companies compounds have tried and failed, whilst PAA with a repurposed drug that is safe is under the worlds eyes, or about to be.

You will remember when Reuter’s picked it up and the increase in SP and volume, to me that is just around the corner again.

Our Management have engaged publicists awaiting the next results from Leiden. Richard Mollard will be fielding questions from other heads of medicine shortly.

Remember, Roger has said that it is a preventative and a cure, as well as being used as an ICU drug for anti inflammatory process with regards to COVID-19 .

Also on a parallel avenue PAA has a suite of 70 patents ranging from the Common cold to COVID-19 to approximately 30 different Cancers. Ref USA patent application number US15/613635.

Next step is the MND trial, this is due to aggregation of proteins in the brain. MPL being very low toxicity is being used for its mTOR inhibition for clearance of these proteins . That is a hard task as there is no drug that extends the lifespan of MND in its final stages. Can we do it, I am reasonably confident. There is approximately 10 proteins that “clump”in the brain, of those ten proteins some are cleared by mTOR inhibition, some are not. To try and work out which proteins “clump” and cause the most damage, not even the scientific world really knows. But, what is known is that mTOR inhibition removes some “ clumps”, it’s called
( ubiquitin-proteasome system ) . So we are fighting for MND in our own way.

To finish with PAA has Companies that are applying to use its products, dependant on trial outcomes.
