I’ve met him once and was thoroughly impressed with his attitude and his knowledge of MTR (as he should to be fair) but also the wider market. Rick Rule personally described him as “scrappy” and is equally as impressed. He is certainly out to make a name for himself. There are lots of videos out there and you can see his understanding is beyond his years. He proved to be a shrewd deal maker - it was him that negotiated the 2% UNCAPPED NSR over the MOD ground.
I have also met the chairman Charles Hall who is equally as impressive in his own right, a calming steady hand and financial very prudent

Notable to see just 73 shareholders holding more than £30k. Vast majority of these are long term shareholders who have a deep knowledgeable and understanding of the company and the company making asset of the NSR, I don’t see many of us selling up anytime soon.
