it’s also not uncommon across hotcopper to have a lot of ex-shareholders who feel they have been wrongly done by management... these companies are usually run by professional career boards that do nothing and you never see revenue growth just fees...never have skin in the game..
EM1 actually have a vested board who just bought and the business is making millions per month. It’s positive regardless where the money comes from it’s about the expansion and growth
