Yes,u buy the red energy management with the business,u gain the bundling advanatage and the selling synergies ie 'belong'.
Agree tls can barely run its connectivity business and who knows if the billions tls has spent on the network was reasonable as in return,but at least energy is utilities and infrastructure and tls is a utilities and infructure business.
One thing tls is not and thats a tech co so imo only expect a material write down in NAS/enterprise because tls can not deliver complicated IT contracts just ask the DoD.
