ps had to ph tls the other day,penn said he was bringing call centres back to australia from india,i got an australian robot.
I think tls is so proud of their australian robot call centre they program the robots to ask question after question.
Which not posted does concern me tls selling energy.
Look how complicated energy pricing is ie all energy co's vary on their per KW charge,all energy companies vary on the discount and connection fees and then there is the peak pricing and off peak pricing and no peak pricing????
Not sure the tls robots could answer the tls energy customer questions.
