In short..... shorters, unfortunately OBL has over 5% shares shorted, so today they are selling down, to try and
buy back at a lower price.
If you look at start of trading it was around $4 with large trades, then it starts on its way down, as shorts sell on low volume.
Once there is enough low sell orders in place, the shorter will come back and gobble them up.
So expect the price to recover today, in the mean time the shorter will be buying back below what the price should be.
