Yes, MTC own the lithium assets and this plan is to exploit them through the listing of a spin-out company called Winsome Resources. If LRC are involved it's no pie in the sky dream. Buy MTC shares and you'll get free shares in the new company as a bonus - if approved by shareholders. I just bought more at 17c with no hesitation.
