SMS Group are a world class metallurgy company and they like TIVAN, I don’t think they would want to walk away from it as the potential is enormous.

They would be well aware of which countries offer the most support.

Why not let them provide guidance to TNG as to whether it is worth persevering with the Northern Territory for a refinery (they probably will anyway)?

Ideally, NT would have been the best place but there are too many barriers being put in TNG’s way.

SMS Group have the resources to build anywhere. I am thinking Australia might not be one of their favoured destinations after this experience.

Perhaps best to just let SMS establish the first/flagship TIVAN refinery in partnership with another project/company elsewhere in the world. TNG can just go for a ride with the royalties and maybe one day get Mt Peake's refinery setup somewhere...
