your previous post on appen being overbought was a fast RSI, altium was already more overbought then appen last week, if your analysis is correct altium shouldn't be pumping 5% everyday this week. i said technicals don't matter when sentiment is the dominating factor. appen is less than 50 on a 14 day RSI.
