The only message Corporatemonk has is for a fair outcome of this scheme.
IMO the fair outcome is for ANZ to cough up the legal fees to increase the pool. Would that be a bad outcome??
ANZ already have taken enough from creditors and their families, do they also deserve to be gouged by IMF and S&G in the process.
