    I dont believe that KIS have access to Govt funding at all - My guess is that the so called Tasmanian Govt $10M line of credit is conditional on the mine getting into production (or some other critical) stage.
    KIS, much to the chagrin of punters, cannot just draw on that line of credit when they want to.
    That would be reckless on the Tassie Govts behalf - I know, I know - show me a Govt who is NOT reckless ?
    But seriously, can anyone confirm the conditions of this line of credit are dependent on some "long term" milestone
