I look at the combos of how this plays out and provided this all works there's no way WDC will at least assert their right to a license. I actually don't think they will take over 4DS as a 20 year license gives them the IP for a fixed per unit price.
Whoever buys the company will be coming from a market disruption angle and be looking to maintain incomes that will be disrupted (provided this RERAM is the real deal)
