Do you have some sort of link or reference to this statement?
"Actually listed companies are obliged in law to monitor forums . It is provided in summary form by some services listed companies subscribe to and others actually have staff member look."
I've never ever heard of that before. I know if your from a company you have to divulge that as a poster. But I've never heard they are obliged to monitor share forums, and what would that even look like?
I'll admit I find it very hard to believe but I've been wrong before and I'd be interested in a link.
