David W only ever invests in about 5 entities at a time.
It is unusual for him to have invested where he has no direct input , nor a direct company role or as a key substantial holder.
He prefers to personally make a difference to companies or entities he is invested in.
I think the main issue was that DW lacked direct insight & inside knowledge.
Unfortunately it has been his loss in this case. I’m kind of glad he sold if that is how he felt.
Meanwhile he has twice stepped up this year, and I’m sure used his RAC returns, and purchased Polynovo in significant volume on market . The company he is chairman of basically.
