Torque has lodged with ASIC a prospectus dated 14 April 2021 for a Public Offer of a minimum of 25,000,000 Shares and a maximum of 35,000,000 Shares to be issued at a price of $0.20 per Share to raise a minimum of $5,000,000 and a maximum of $7,000,000 (before costs).
