The auction was priceless. 70+ million shares. It comes down to a few blokes/chicks in dealing rooms calling each other's bluff all day then opening up their position in the closing auction in a final effort to complete the days order. You want my 25 million shares? Here they are at 42.5c. Buyer does the same - I want 30m shares but I want them at 41.5c
Phone calls are made at 4:05 etc until the parties agree and meet at a price. Seen it all before.
