Next question, who's then got the dollars and the urgency to buy those shares at a premium to pre auction price?
I get that if IMU is in the MSCI Index then Instos or whoevers holding the loot can dictate price a bit as the necessity is on the other side. But I thought we'd outgrown that already, so who then is needing or wanting to buy in that hungrily?
