Was fairly upbeat IMO.  SC was fairly coy on the M&A question.

Over the past 12mths Riyo has elevated in importance and now seems to be the main presentation feature. Probably not going to be an earth shattering FY, but pipeline sounding pretty promising. Any forward projections/ commentaries are going to be interesting. The $1m Rivo revenue was an intriguing level. Must be thinking that isn't too far away/ out of reach if he's using it as a yardstick for a Revenue vs Market Cap comparison.

Welcome aboard @PVPVG. Personally I reckon there's good potential here, ultimately comes down to whether they can capitalise on Riyo and the ERP portfolio's cross sell potential. The Asian focus seems to have been the right move IMO, there looks to be a decent contingent working in the Singapore and Philippines offices looking to drive growth. Given the longer lead-in times on more complex ERP rollouts and perhaps recovering sentiment from the covid volatility last year I think all the hard work will probably start showing up Q3/Q4 this year. Interesting that the Riyo revenues quoted have been circa ~$100k since the start of the year too, we're a couple months into the refresh and marketing swing,  so suspect we aren't far off seeing some chunkier deals in this space.

Have seen those offers moving about over the past couple months, seemingly ranging from the high 5c range through to 7c. Not sure if they are a genuine seller or just playing games. There are only a couple non-directors that have that quantity of shares. Ultimately would be good to see someone snap them up IMO, JCS could be better served with a few more in the free float.

With respect to issuing of performance rights, I think they were done at reasonably aspirational levels, I've seen many a company issue almost guaranteed performance rights that are like slotting a goal into an empty net from 5 yards out!
