I think this is very positive. Klaus would not fight to get back control if this was a dead duck. Also he now has a point to prove. He'll be working himself and his team very hard to prove that point. This sort of passionate involvement can make game changing differences to companies like this. Maybe he should have got the job done earlier? I'm interested in what happens next though.
