Whoa..... The entire transaction would be conducted via ' Private Capital ' . Who and what profile would be the next question. But since they claim to have had an agreement with I.Q ....one of the Main Creditor's .....I wonder if they ( I.Q ) are happy to let the low interest and honeymoon quasi Government debt continue as is.......s in part to keep a certain amount of vested interest and managing minority partnering stake from Quebec. And debt doesn't necessarily mean ownership as that appears to have already been clearly stated as 75% / 25 % for the consortium of Sayona / Piedmont. Interesting.
