SMN current market capital is 47.79 Million, no sure where you got MC of 2 Billion from.
Number of shares on issue 119,680,597 yesterdays closing price 0.395.
I do agree with you that STP final approval should raise the market capital by around 50% so that's around 0.60 per share if accompanied by contract information concerning the CVM installations.
This only my opinion, DYOR.
