they didn't invest 15m, they sold NavGas Pty Ltd to LKO for approx 8.5 billion shares,seems it was a way for DGR to control LKO without paying a premium as they have done nothing with the NavGas permits in the years since it happened.
given the navgas permits in qld are near AJQ's kincora plant it really should have gone to them rather than LKO
