    Purchase a substantial amount via my super today. I'm long.

    Labour shortage is short term. Yes, they will have to increase wages to retain staff or why not look at innovation by robotics. If I was the CEO I'd announce a move to a robotics workforce. Share price would then rocket. One to watch. IMO.
