Just as well means those mines are ready (according to stuff out there in your face for 2-3 years) if they want to execute the self sufficiency plan. Just read the AFR and macrobusiness articles. It's nothing to do with quality, grade or shipping. It's politics mate. That's why you get preoccupied with daily fluctuation of the SP and miss the big picture.
