The corporate structure is not good. Dr Greene is a fantastic scientist / physicist. Unfortunately, he lacks strong corporate backing with the senior management and board team he has assembled. It should be a brilliant company as it is a shining light in Australia's Defence industrial capability, unfortunately as a listed entity it lacks the requisite governance.
