without a doubt I believe that this stock is being held down for the very reason that the underwriters want as few people to take up their issue because they must know more than us mere mortals on how good this project is and its future.

for that reason alone i have being buying some cheap RES on market as well as taking up my full entitlement.

It may kill my cash flow in the short term but it will be worth it
