Need to check out what regal do. If they are momentum investors then maybe they did well in recent run ups and are done. Maybe permit delays induced them to move elsewhere for another momentum play and come back later.
No doubts about the long term prospects of this Company. Without the delays whatever they are TLG would be in or near double figures by now imo.
