Hey @gosh it must have been one hell of a Tax bill {or a crapy accountant} or one hell of a nice property purchase at $2.68 Mil in share sales,
Directors selling shares never has a good look about it - & I have heard the Tax liability excuse before, no wonder Andrew was smiling throughout his recent interview on u-tube - if the wells reap the goods no one will mind - its been a long time in the waiting.
