The massive IO stock pile is a conjecture. Already told you I don't buy the story real demand has driven the IOP for many months and that fair value based on demand and supply at best is $90. You have the freedom to believe otherwise.
You will know whether there is such a stock pile very soon if China continue not buying meaning amount of seaborne iron ore for extended period of time eventually leading a precipitous collapse in the iron ore price by November.
