This really is a good demonstration of how the business is slowly maturing. It makes perfect sense to separate the chief operating officer and chief financial officer roles. From a corporate governance perspective and sheer workloads this makes great sense.

Whilst it's easy to get excited about a new CFO starting I am just as excited to think that the COO he's being set up for success by focusing on his role, particularly with expansion.

Another nice step, and really interesting when you think that they boosted their sales force in the UK before making these changes. It really goes to show the focus on customer first.
